rental. It is not inclusive of all developments that have dwellings zoned
for short-term rental however, and does not contain every potential property
that could be rented short-term.
Osceola, Polk and Lake counties (Orlando area) allow
short-term
rentals because of their zoning flexibility. Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont,
etc. are some of the more popular cities "zoned" for
short term
rental property. To some extent, these areas are "saturated" with these
homes.
